On-Site Recruitment

On-site recruitment is a great recruiting strategy to enhance outreach efforts to potential job seekers. At the Eden Area Comprehensive One-Stop Center, we can provide a comfortable space for employers to conduct on-site recruitment free of charge. Employers can utilize our workshop rooms to conduct presentations to job seekers, and computer labs are available for job seekers to fill out your company’s job application. Additionally, they can utilize our private rooms to conduct on the spot one-to-one interviews. Employers will also get support from our center staff to coordinate and market the on-site recruitment event.
