Quarterly, the Eden Area One-Stop Center (EAOS) hosts a large-scale career fair in partnership with employers throughout the Bay Area. Our past events have been highly successful, attracting hundreds of job seekers. We aim to accommodate employers from a wide range of professional sectors, providing job seekers with the opportunity to network with recruiters from a variety of industries.

In coordinating these events, we aim to provide a positive environment that will be productive for both job seekers and employers. As a result of having the opportunity to meet face-to-face with participating job seekers, many employers whom were in attendance, found qualifying job seekers for their open positions. In preparation, we work hard to promote through different social media outlets, job boards, newsletters, radio stations, Alameda County partner agencies, and throughout the community to generate coverage for the career fair event. Employers will be supported by our center staff from the beginning to the end of the career fair.
