Ruby’s Place is a non-profit agency in Hayward, California that has provided shelter and supportive services since 1972 for families and individuals experiencing domestic violence, and more recently human trafficking.provides shelter and support services to families and individuals, who are homeless for any of the following reasons: Domestic violence, human trafficking, financial hardship, eviction, loss of employment. The organization provides comprehensive wrap around services such as case management, 24-hour risis hotline, therapeutic services, etc.
